Hi, It’s Brian Stecker from Boomer Fitness and in today’s over 60 workout for men, here is a Chest, Back and Shoulder workout. This is an advanced workout for those who have been training regularly for a while.

Dumbbell Row 10-12 Reps
Dumbbell Incline Press 6-8 Reps
(4-5 Rounds Total)

Wide-Grip Lat Pulldown 10-12 Reps
Pushups 20 Reps
(3 Rounds Total)

Front Raises 12-15 Reps
Y-Raises 12-15 Reps
L-Raises 12-15 Reps
Rope-to-Neck 12-15 Reps
(2-3 Rounds Total)
